Dear Fellow Badger,
It is time for our 50th Reunion, which will be held on October 9, 10, and 11, 2009. Included in this packet are a registration form, the schedule of events, and the cost for each event. Please note that the times for each event are tentative and will be confirmed when we are closer to the date of the reunion.
Check in will be at the DoubleTree Hotel, 445 S. Alvernon Way on Friday afternoon from 3:00 P.M. to 8:00 P.M., and/or Saturday from 5:00 P.M. to 8:00 P.M. at Tucson Country Club, 2950 N. Camino Principal.

There will be a Hospitality Suite located in room 191/192. Please stop by and renew old friendships and make new ones. The Hospitality Suite will be available from 3:00 P.M. on.
A no-host bar will be available from 5:00 P.M. until 11:00 P.M. on Friday evening.
The menu for Friday evening is your choice of A--Sea Bass, B--Chicken Piccatta or C--Vegetarian Strudel. Dinner will be served beginning at 7:00 P.M. The cost will be $75.00 per person.
- Saturday, October 10, 2009 daytime activities
Saturday morning there will be a tour of the THS campus, followed by an informal no host lunch at Las Cazuelitas Restaurant, 3535 E. Ft. Lowell Road. The afternoon has purposely been left free for interest groups to have mini-reunions or go to Sabino Canyon or whatever you would like.

Saturday evening is at Tucson Country Club. The evening will start with a no-host bar at 6:00 P.M. with hors d'oeuvres on the patio.
Dinner will begin at 7:30 P.M. The meal will be a buffet of Prime Rib, Herb Roasted Chicken, potatoes, vegetables and dessert. The cost will be $85.00 per person.
Dancing to a live band and socializing will last until 11:00 P.M. or so...

Sunday morning at the DoubleTree there will be a Breakfast Buffet in the Bonsai Room from 8:30 A.M. to 10:30 A.M. The cost will be $30.00 per person, with a minimum of 20 people required.
On Sunday afternoon at The Shanty, located at 401 E. Ninth Street, there will be a no host bar with food catered by Lerua's from 1:00 P.M. to 5:00 P.M. The cost is $15.00 per person.
Discounted room rates at the DoubleTree are $139.00 per room, plus tax, for October 8, 9, and 10. Please contact the hotel directly at 520-881-4200 and tell them you are attending the THS Class of 1959 Reunion. Please advise the hotel of any special needs you may require.

We encourage everyone to visit our Class website at www.THS1959.com. You may print a registration form from there if you lose the one enclosed. Also, check out our 50th Reunion T-Shirts while you're there.
We will be accepting registrations until September 28, 2009. No one will be able to attend the activities without a paid ticket and nametag, which will be issued at check in. The Reunion Committee is anxious for this to be the BEST reunion ever.
